About the Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility and drive visits to the resort’s websites. This role oversees all media buying efforts, including Google Display Network (GDN), social boosting, and performance marketing, while spearheading e-Commerce initiatives to increase online revenue.

The ideal candidate is a strategic digital marketer with a strong background in social media management, media buying, and e-Commerce, possessing a deep understanding of the latest industry trends and digital best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, customer engagement, and conversions.

  • Manage media buys, including GDN, social media boosting, and performance marketing, to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with overall business goals.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid social, and performance marketing, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong expertise in digital advertising, email marketing, and programmatic buying.

  • Proficient in web analytics tools, social media management platforms, and digital marketing technologies.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to extract insights from data and optimize marketing performance accordingly.

  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to new challenges.

  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
