Is there a limit to how many candidates I can refer?
No! You can refer as many candidates as you want. The more successful hires you generate, the more you earn.
What if I refer someone from a different region?
If you refer a candidate from a different country or region, you will receive your referral commission in the local currency of the candidate's employer.
What if my candidate resigns before completing 3 months?
If a candidate resigns or is terminated before completing 3 months, the referral commission will not be paid. However, you can continue referring other qualified candidates for future opportunities.
What happens if multiple recruiters refer the same candidate?
The first recruiter to submit a candidate will be credited with the referral, provided that the candidate has not already been submitted or applied independently.
