About the Role
Our client is looking for a Paid Social Specialist who will play a crucial role in developing and managing paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of paid social media strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create high-impact ad content that resonates with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Conduct audience research to develop targeted strategies that maximize engagement and conversions.
Utilize best-practice ad formats (e.g., carousels, videos, static images) to enhance engagement at each stage of the marketing funnel.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize results.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, advertising tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Simplify complex data and technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with Copywriters, Designers, SEO specialists, and Google Media teams to align strategies and share best practices.
Take a proactive approach in evaluating campaign performance—constantly questioning and adjusting strategies to drive better results.
Qualifications & Requirements
3+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns with a strong track record of success.
Experience working across multiple industries and clients is a plus.
Expertise in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Centre, LinkedIn Business Manager, and Pinterest Business Manager.
Familiarity with social listening platforms and AI-driven advertising tools is a bonus.
Strong knowledge of social media advertising best practices, audience targeting, and analytics.
Ability to analyze complex data, draw insights, and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
Excellent communication and presentation skills—capable of translating technical data into simple insights.
Experience with other digital marketing channels such as Google Media, SEO, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
